Every job has the same shape. You pick up the bank robbers, get them to the hideout safely and collect the cash for it. The police chase you the whole way and roadblocks stand in the route, so the drive is about staying clear of both. The money you earn goes into upgrades and into unlocking new cars and trucks.
On a computer you drive with WASD or the arrow keys. Space brakes, B lets you look back at what is behind you, and Shift resets the vehicle. Poki lists phones and tablets as supported but does not describe the touch layout, so on a touchscreen use the controls the game shows once it loads.
Key table
- Find Shift before you need it. Resetting the vehicle costs you a moment; being stuck against scenery with the police closing costs you the job.
- Brake into corners rather than through them. Space scrubs enough speed to keep the car pointed where you are going, which is faster over a whole run than holding the throttle.
- Use B on the straights, not in the turns. Looking back tells you how much room you have to work with, and a straight is the only place you can spare the attention.
- Spend early money on the car you actually drive. Upgrades compound over a run of jobs, so a modest improvement bought now does more than a better one bought later.
This one suits you if you like a chase with a job attached. There is always a destination and always something behind you, so the driving has a shape to it rather than being a lap.
It is a poor fit if you want a clean racing line or a time trial. The police, the roadblocks and the cargo all pull against pure speed, and the theme is a getaway rather than a race.

- What does the reset key actually do?
- Shift puts your vehicle back on the road facing forward. It is there for when you land somewhere you cannot drive out of.

- Poki lists phones and tablets as supported. It does not document the touch layout, so use whatever controls the game draws on screen once it has loaded.
- Do I keep my upgrades?
- Upgrades and unlocked vehicles are handled by the game itself on Poki. This site does not store anything about your progress.
